When Will My Order Ship?
For the Scary Baboon OG Collection the Plushies will begin shipping in early February and will take 1-2 weeks for shipping. Once production of plushies has been finished you will received updated shipping and tracking information. While you wait for your plushie to arrive you can use the code sent to your email to claim the in game plushie lil guy! Codes will be sent mid December.

Can I buy the plushie anywhere besides scarybaboon.shop?
No. ScaryBaboon.shop is the only place to buy the Scary Baboon™ Plushies. If you buy a knock off item or a scary baboon plushie from any other merchant you will not receive the in game item.

I bought a Plushie but didn't get my promo code. What do I do?
Codes will be sent via Mid December
Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder first, and also try searching for “Scary Baboon Promo Code”.
If you still can't find it after an hour of ordering, contact us through our support page or email us at support@enverstudio.com with your order number, and we'll get you sorted.
How do I get my in Game Item? Do I get one for each plushie?

Redeem the code at the Promo Code Machine in-game to get your egg. And yes, you get one code per pet.
Each Plushie (Meatman, BlackGooGoo, KJ1, Red, Gray) unlocks a different colored Lil Guy, so collect all five to get the whole collection.
Note - that you can only redeem one Lil Guy of each Type.
Issues with product on delivery?
Once your shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, you have 15 Days to reach out to us with issues about the Plushie.

How does the discount work?
During checkout you can add another plushie to your cart and it will be added with a 15% discount, only applies to plushies within the same order.
Its buy 1 plushie to get 15% off on any other plushie. Make sure to add the extra plushies in the cart so it applies the discount to them!
