Refund & Return Policy
Products With In-Game Codes
Any product that includes an in-game code becomes non-cancellable once the code is sent.
Codes are automatically delivered within 24 hours after purchase, at which point the order is final.
All other orders are final once shipped.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel something, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before your order is shipped or enters production.

Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you’re eligible for a refund or a replacement.

Order Delayed or Never Arrived
If your package hasn’t arrived within 20 business days past the estimated delivery date, we’ll treat it as lost in transit.
You can choose a full refund or a free reshipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately.
We can only update shipping info before the order is shipped.
Once it’s shipped, we can’t reroute it or offer a refund for orders delivered to the original address.
Incorrect Item Selected
If you ordered the wrong variation, character, color, etc., contact us right away.
Production often begins the same day, so changes are only possible before production starts.
